Tom Parker ( Vice-chair )
Tom is a partial quadriplegic as the result of a spinal cord injury in 1961. He retired in 2003 after many years working in disability related fields in several parts of Canada, and now enjoys living in Richmond and being involved with the Richmond Centre for Disability.

David retired as the Senior Internal Auditor of an energy company in Alberta and now calls Vancouver “home”. He had extensive experience in business finance and project consulting. He shows great interest in the disability community and wants to contribute to the society.

Alvin graduated from UBC Human Kinetics in 2012 and is currently in the UBC Medical School. He has a strong background in rehabilitation and is passionate about improving the health and well-being of people with disabilities.

Eliana is a Richmondite since 1994. She currently is a UBC graduate student in Community & Regional Planning. She has keen interest in accessible transportation and social planning.

Jenny was a Head Nurse and Nursing Instructor in Hong Kong for over 20 years. She has been Secretary of the RCD Chinese Support Group Committee for the past eight years and volunteers in RCD’s Life Skills Training.
