The United Nation's International Day of Persons with Disabilities (IDPD) is observed globally on December 3rd every year. For 2024, it is a date with significant meaning to the RCD - to recognize IDPD and promote the rights and well-being of persons with disabilities; and to kickstart the celebration of RCD's 40th Anniversary in 2025. Ruby is a gemstone that symbolizes passion, loyalty and devotion; completely captures the relationship of RCD and the people we serve.
